Art: *Aimee-evilcuteness Basics  Video: [link]Title: Nero reference Time spent: 8 hours (in the space of a two days) Program used: The GIMP 2.6 Reference used: horse anatomy/pose markings Planning: (NA) Layers used at one time: 10  Brushes used: Cloud and crack brushes. :devproject-gimpbc Song: loads YEY! I've drawn another horse, his names Nero. I love his markings, they took hours  I am proud of the markings and colouring but not the colouring of his legs. I try to fix them but failed. I am still a rookie when it some to colouring and drawing horses so please bear with me, at the moment I am finding it difficult to get the shading right for the legs. Plus I don't like shading with black.I love Nero and the way I;ve draw and coloured him I used a reference for the markings but not to copy them completely it was mainly for a colour shad reference. I used another spreate stock image for the pose. The stock providers are listed above along with some of the brushes I used. (to help along with the makings) I film myself colouring this for ~howlergirl93 and all those few people who think I don’t draw straight onto a blank canvas and NOT manip or trace the stock image! Also this is to show how I colour and stuff ^^ Unfortunally I haven’t gotten around to uploading it onto You tube (and for copyright reason I will not be adding music to it. I don't want it to get removed you see  ) but I'll update this to let you all know that I have uploaded the video. And if you read this then thank you so very much. ^^  Comments  He is beautiful!!! What do you mean the line work? I didn't make a line art because this is meant to be a realistic horses.
You are really beginning to annoy me now so could you keep your opinions to your self, please? If you are going to critique then please give me a suggestion to fix this picture not just, 'that leg doesn't look right.' or, 'the anatomy's wrong' try actually helping rather than spiting on it. I support constructive criticism NOT destructive criticism!  Plus that 'lol' comment feels that you are laughing at my work. But if you don't mind, can I correct some of the things written on there? 1st, Dapple Grey is a colouring, not a breed. Second, I think it might be a typo but you wrote Stalltion... not stallion. Thirdly, main= mane. Hope you don't mind my corrections!
Otherwise... I think this looks really great. It's pretty realistic looking, although I think the tail might be a tad short... And the right hind leg under the tail could be a bit more rounded (although it still looks fine) That's all!
